We changed over to Schramm, Tingen & Associates last year because of the savings and the great service we received when quoting our policies. Brandon has been great to work with this year and at our annual review actually found a new program with The Hartford which allowed us to further increase our savings while providing additional coverage (1st accident forgiveness). I called the office after being in an auto accident. After making sure I was ok, Brandon helped me make sure I was handling everything properly at the scene. He then helped me understand the remaining part of the claims process.

The next morning I had a rental car waiting on me. The day after that the repair shop had a check in hand and was able to start the repairs on my car. I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and assistance from start to finish. Thank you!
